SHIPPING POLICY

At Tiger Interiors, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across South Africa. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days once payment has been confirmed, while custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–7 business days for regional or remote areas, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All items are carefully packaged, with fragile pieces receiving extra protective wrapping, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as Tiger Interiors cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tiger Interiors, we want you to feel thrilled with your purchase. You may return your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@tigerinteriors.co.za with your order number and photographs so we can assist promptly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and, if approved, process your refund within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that we cannot accept returns on used items, opened items without a manufacturing fault, custom-made products, or items without their original packaging.
